Checklist for Submitting Artwork

  • Please check to make sure that all artwork you submit meets specific Arts Area Rules as provided by National PTA and are submitted according to specifications.
  • Each piece of artwork must be accompanied by an Official Entry Form, completed clearly and in its entirety, and signed by both the participant and a parent/guardian.  National PTA will not accept artwork without a properly completed form.
  • We strongly encourage students to share what motivated or inspired them produce their artwork.  Space is provided for this on the official entry form.
  • Local unit reflections chairs must confirm that their PTA is a unit in good standing (i.e. membership dues and insurance have been paid, and unit bylaws have been updated).  All units must be in good standing to participate in Reflections.  Call your region director or email us to confirm your status.
  • Finally, all local units must submit a Local PTA Participation Form to accompany all artwork they submit.  Be certain the form is completed in its entirety and that local unit contact information is legible in case we need to reach you.

Should you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact your region director. Or email us and we will route your request to the appropriate person.

We're excited your unit is participating in Reflections this year and we look forward to seeing the creativity of and the wonderful artwork prepared by all our student participants.
