CONGRATULATIONS!  Mary Crispi has agreed to serve once again as your region director for the ensuing year.  Those of you who know Mary are aware that she is an active member and a staunch supporter of PTA.  She brings many years of PTA experience with her, having served on a number of local unit boards over the past several years and as Hawaii II region director for the Hawaii State PTSA for the past 3 years.  She is highly respected for her dedication and commitment to PTA and we know you'll enjoy working with her.  No doubt, she will serve all of you well.

Annual Leadership Training

Leadership training is an opportunity for you and your fellow board members to: 

  • learn more about boardsmanship
  • hear about what’s happening in the advocacy & legislative arenas
  • learn more about available State & National PTA programs, including Reflections
  • get suggestions on building a network of advocates with a solid membership development program
  • find out about awards and recognition programs your PTA may be eligible for
  • obtain valuable resources, including program, membership and leadership materials

Leadership training is for everyone ... all unit leaders, committee chairs, and involved parents who will take on active PTA roles this coming year are encouraged to attend.  As part of our ongoing service to units, training is provided at no cost and lunch and refreshments will be provided.

A tentative agenda will be posted shortly.
